Terms of service
Keptbits is operated by Vlasveld Software, registered in the Netherlands under KVK 99819600. Placeholder text — this needs a lawyer's eyes before Keptbits takes payment.
Your footage
You keep every right you had in what you upload. You confirm you own it or hold the rights to it, and that uploading it here breaks no agreement you are under. Keptbits uses it only to produce your clips.
Tokens
One token is one minute of footage read. Tokens reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. A job that fails does not spend them, and re-exporting a clip you already made costs nothing.
How long we keep things
Uploads and the clips cut from them are deleted seven days after they are made. The studio shows the time remaining on every clip. Download what you want to keep — Keptbits is where clips are made, not where they are stored.
The trial
Seven days and 30 tokens, no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What we do not promise
Which moments are worth clipping is a judgement, and it will sometimes be one you disagree with. Keptbits is sold as a tool that shortlists, not as an editor that is always right.
