Privacy
The controller of your data is Vlasveld Software, KVK 99819600, in the Netherlands. Accurate as far as it goes, but it needs review before Keptbits takes payment.
What we hold
Your email address, the videos you upload, the transcripts made from them, and the clips produced. Nothing else — there is no tracking on this site and no advertising anywhere in it.
Videos, transcripts and clips are deleted automatically seven days after they are made. Your email address stays until you close the account.
Who else sees it
Audio goes to Deepgram for transcription, and the resulting text goes to Anthropic for the scoring pass. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Your video file itself is never sent to either.
Where it lives
Files and database rows are held by Supabase; rendering runs on our own worker. Clip and source files are private, reachable only through short-lived links issued to you.
Getting rid of it
Mail help@keptbits.com and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. A self-service button for this is coming.
